Refunds and exchange

All products offered on this website can be returned within 14 days.

We are happy to exchange or refund the value of the goods, provided the following conditions are met:
  • The product is in its original condition: it is unused, unaltered and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The product was purchased on our website.
  • Products purchased through our retail partners cannot be returned or exchanged through larakazis.com
  • The return shipment is accompanied by the original invoice or the delivery note.
  • The return shipment is fully insured and the shipping costs are prepaid by the customer.
  • Shipments that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted by us.
  • The return shipment should be sent to : lara kazis, Larissa Hildmann, Türkenstrasse 98, 80799 Munich.  If you want to make an exchange or a return, please contact us as soon as possible by email. There is no right of return or exchange for custom-made products.
